MISK HAIR booking /cancellation Policy:

Deposit System
For all appointments over $50 we require a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be deducted from your service on the day. 48 hours notice is required and if you happen to no-show or cancel without sufficient notice the $50 is non fundable. How ever you may reschedule to another day or time.

Sms confirmation service.
An SMS Confirmation message is sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure you respond to the message to confirm you are coming to your appointment. We will attempt to contact you by calling if you confirmation is not received and reserve the right to offer the appointment time to other clients.

 

Adding/Removing services
If you wish to change the service you have booked for please enquire before your appointment. This will allow us to ensure there is enough time allocated to perform the services requested or fill in any extra scheduled time with another client.

 

Appointment times and late arrivals:
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you booked in for. If you are running late please call us ahead as we will do our best to accommodate you and possibly inform other clients that the day has been pushed back. Clients running more then 15 minutes late without notifying us may be cancelled and classed as a no show.

 

Cancellation and No Shows:
Please give at least 48 hours notice by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A non refundable deposit of 50% will be required to book your next appointment with us if you were previously a no show without attempting to contact us. 

 

Customer Satisfaction:
Your feedback is very important to us and ensures that we continue to provide all MISK clients with the best possible experience and results. If you are not satisfied with the service you received please contact me within two days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Refunds are not available, we prefer to fix any issues that may have occurred.

Customer Expectation:
Our stylist are qualified and are trained in keeping the health and integrity of your hair as our number one priority. Our Team has the right to refuse lightening your hair if we believe it is not in a healthy state that can handle going under a chemical lightening service or if there is a high possibility of a chemical reaction through clients not using correct salon quality products from home. Going lighter is a process and everyone hair reacts differently. Sometimes it is out of our stylists hands to be able to get you as light as you want in one session. We will not re-do or refund a service if it hasn't lightened enough as our stylist will only do as much as your hair can handle. We strongly advise using Olaplex in all of our lightening services to insure the strength is in the best care. 

We do not under any circumstances provide refunds or free re-colouring in the event that a client has a change of mind.
